Sounds good, but is it accurate?

People are probably telling us more about how important the goal is to them, rather than providing an accurate assessment of their current strengths and weaknesses.

The "Starting the weight management journey" exercise gives us a balanced view of the challenges you face and your strength to overcome them.

It's very important for me to lose weight, but I'm having trouble making it a top priority.
I keep convincing myself that it's not the right time to lose weight.
After work and my family obligations I don't have enough energy or time left to exercise and/or prepare proper meals.
I turn to food as a main source of pleasure and reward.
I never stick to exercise plans for long.
When I think about the effort it will take to lose weight and keep it off I feel like giving up.
